Active plan: history preserved
Content is not deleted based on age while a paid plan is active and contracted storage remains available.
Free: 30 days without access
On Free, after 30 consecutive days without account access, stored messages and files are permanently deleted.
Storage full: receiving suspended
When the storage limit is reached, new messages and attachments stop being received until space is freed or additional capacity is purchased.

While the subscription is active, messages and attachments are not deleted based on age. After cancellation or non-payment, they are retained for 30 days and may then be permanently deleted.
